  The whole process of refinancing can be so daunting but Mike and ascend Mortgage made it look very easy.   Michael at Ascend Mortgage was great! We found him through word of mouth by a friend of ours who highly recommended him, as we would do the same for our friends. We recently refinanced through him and he was able to get us a great rate. He is very professional and efficient. He was able to answer any questions we had right away via email at all hours of the day; mornings, nights and even weekends. With our crazy schedules, he was able to set up an appointment with the underwriter to come to our house at 10pm! We appreciate this effort very much!
