  Michael at Ascend Mortgage was great! We found him through word of mouth by a friend of ours who highly recommended him, as we would do the same for our friends. We recently refinanced through him and he was able to get us a great rate. He is very professional and efficient. He was able to answer any questions we had right away via email at all hours of the day; mornings, nights and even weekends. With our crazy schedules, he was able to set up an appointment with the underwriter to come to our house at 10pm! We appreciate this effort very much!

  Mike Youssef is honestly a rock-star realtor. He is attentive and knowledgeable, and just all around a great guy to work with. He helped my wife and I with our first real estate purchase while working around our very backward schedules. He is one guy that takes care of both the Real Estate side, as well as, the Mortgage side. Which makes the process a lot easier.   Mike is the real deal. I have referred and used his services many times. The communication is key and quick responses. If you are seasoned and dealt with financial institutions and know the hassle, lack of communication, errors in your needs, and having you feel like a number file.....yup then Mike is for you. The process is a drag but when you have someone who is on top of their craft you don't need to worry to much you almost forget this is happening very smooth every time even though snags come up Mike has the answers and process down perfect. You will not be disappointed.

  Mike was exceptional to work with! I was in the process of finding a lender and was referred to him by my real estate agent. I had been in communication with separate lenders through big banks, but due to the pandemic, their guidelines made it almost impossible to find a reasonable loan. I was almost ready to give up on the home mortgage loan application process, but Mike made this process go by with ease!

Mike was efficient and extremely quick to respond to all of my questions via email. He was very organized with his checklist of documents needed to start the application process.
