I found a local broker Mike Youssef who is personable and found time to listen to my concerns He took the time to explain how the process would work and made calls to move things along with the lender. He was able to answer any questions we had right away via email at all hours of the day; mornings, nights and even weekends. With our crazy schedules, he was able to set up an appointment with the underwriter to come to our house at 10pm! We appreciate this effort very much!
