  Mike is the real deal. I have referred and used his services many times. The communication is key and quick responses. If you are seasoned and dealt with financial institutions and know the hassle, lack of communication, errors in your needs, and having you feel like a number file.....yup then Mike is for you. The process is a drag but when you have someone who is on top of their craft you don't need to worry to much you almost forget this is happening very smooth every time even though snags come up Mike has the answers and process down perfect. You will not be disappointed.

  The whole process of refinancing can be so daunting but Mike and ascend Mortgage made it look very easy. We were not sure if we would even be approved since I am a sole proprietor for the past year and a half but Mike made it happen. We are happy we locked in our rates for 30 years and no more interest games the only time we go back to Mike is when rates go down again! Here is the best part, the loan officer messed up on a document at the last minute and I had to pay out of pocket for a small fee and Mike reimbursed the fee promptly.
