  Mike is the real deal. I have referred and used his services many times. The communication is key and quick responses. The process is a drag but when you have someone who is on top of their craft you don't need to worry to much you almost forget this is happening very smooth every time even though snags come up Mike has the answers and process down perfect.   The whole process of refinancing can be so daunting but Mike and ascend Mortgage made it look very easy. We were not sure if we would even be approved since I am a sole proprietor for the past year and a half but Mike made it happen.
