Foreclosure/Bankruptcy
After 2 years from bancruptcy you may be eligble for a home loan. We will work with you to see if you are eligible or what will it take for you to become eligible.
We work with lenders who will lend on 60% of the value of the property. If you have low credit, difficult to prove income, but have the cash to purchase with a 40% down payment we have loan programs and reasonably low interest rates on up to 40 year ammortized loan programs.
